ABOUT KCCA UNITS
All of the units offered for sale are contained in the KCCA (Karyl Court Condominium Association) located at 30 Beech Street in Bristol, New Hampshire (mailing address of the KCCA is PO Box 133, Plymouth, NH 03264).
The KCCA contains 15 units, all being approximately 700sf. each and sits on approximately an approximate 26,160sf lot between Beech Street and the Newfound River. (see recorded boundary plan)
The KCCA is frugally run by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. Monthly dues for all units is currently $175/month (and this fee has not increased in the past 8 years). This monthly fee includes: general building maintenance, hot water, insurance, hallway lighting, alarm system maintenance, plowing, groundskeeping and dumpster service.
